Happy Birthday Dad.

Many Many Happy Returns of the day. Wish you a very Happy Birthday. You are only my father. No one else’s. Today we are playing the birthday song for you and some other music. I cherish my childhood thoughts, when I used to miss you every now and then. I do not know how much care and purity you have given me to bring me up. Any trivial matter if against you with mom, I used to take your side and ask mom to agree with you. If I stretch my hand, I cannot show that how much I love you. I love you daddy. I love you the most. I am living for you and mom and I am very very much proud to be yours and mom’s only child and son.

 

When you used to shave your beard, I used to stand with you and try to act like you, so that I too can be like “daddy himself”. I have learnt a lot from you and will keep on learning.

Be happy always dad. Grow more and more everyday so that your protective shadow grows wider and shadier and never forget that I love you, though you know it everyday.

 

In your totality, let me find my arc. Your perspective is all inclusive and dynamic and energetic. You are an all giver and there are very very very few who are like you.

You are so, so, so busy in work that we feel sometimes that you have forgotten us. That is our possessive attitude.

Wish you the happiest birthday you have had ever. Keep on smiling and always stand strong. Aspire for more and more good things.

Thumri.

Thumri is a beautiful part of Hindustani classical singing. Songs sung in Thumri style are truly melodious and are a reckoning in their own. If possible hear few songs sung in Thumri style and appreciate its beauty. In the previous years, Maharajas would listen to Thumri songs in their royal courts. Thumri has a swinging nature which is unique on its own. Now a days, it can’t be heard as once it used to be. Very few people sing Thumri songs and once upon a time there used to be specialists in this field, wherein now the situation is so bad that hardly a person here or there would recognize it. It is like those old things which were once precious, but now nearly extinct.

The word “review” is a very important word now a days. Reviewing anything be it a movie or a cricket match or a football series or an e-commerce website. Reviewing anything has become a serious business. People tend to take reviews on any prestigious website seriously.

Movie reviewing.

Movies are like mosquitoes. Every week something or the other will be showcased in cinema halls and the tickets’ cost soars as soon as the movie does well. On the other hand, there is simply no meaning in going to a movie which has got a one or two rating, save if you want to sleep in the cinema hall, then it is fine. So, movie reviews matter a lot, as once you see a boring or a third class film, you wouldn’t step into the theater until and unless that movie has been reviewed as good by any prestigious reviewer and as well as by your friends.

Mobile Phone Reviewing.

Android phones and iPhones are everywhere now a days. Every now and then phones with the latest technology with top notch features is being updated and sold by companies. For a chunk of a bit of money, you can get a phone which is better than the previous one. In such matters reviews are very important, without which it becomes very hard to buy any such phone.

Electronic items which are essential for us to sustain our healthy lives, come under the scope of reviewing. From A to Z there is something for each and every need. So, reviews play an important role in helping people understand and in buying a product.

The work of reviewing must not be taken lightly. It is quite a heavy job, for if you ever present or give a wrong review, it not only means that you are degrading someone else’s hardwork; it also means that you are ineligible to become a reviewer.

Reviews and reviewing go hand in hand. Generally, mouth to mouth publicity and promotion is what leads to a product being sold.  Suppose, a person reads a particular review and then buys that product. If he or she likes that product then they shall definitely tell others that this product is good and that one can go for it and buy it.

Take fun in reading reviews and if you ever get time, then write a review for something which you like or feel that it is worthy of being liked.

Before You Travel – Make Sure the Sky is clear.

Travelling is an important aspect of life. Everyday billions and trillions of people travel to various destinations in various weather conditions,but clear skies are sign of good luck. It is a sign of happiness and of a happy journey.

To avoid going out when it is raining or when the atmosphere is full with clouds is not always possible, but there is nothing better than a day which is full of sunlight and happiness.

Crispy Tomato Soup and croutons sizzled with Peri-Peri.

Peri-Peri as we all know is a famous African culinary spice which spices up any dish on which it is added. So, recently we had gone out for some work, when we heard a man calling out aloud-“soup, soup, hot – hot soup”. We took a peek in the vessel in which he was preparing the hot soup and the soup’s colour was red. We asked him-“Is this tomato soup?” He simply nodded his head, as the soup was boiling furiously and a lot of steam was coming out of it. We told him to give us two bowls of it and he gestured (he had covered his face with a handkerchief, as the steam from the soup was causing him a lot of perspiration) us to sit on the nearby bench. We sat down on the bench. Nearly five minutes, he served us the soup and there were croutons in it. It tasted good, but the croutons were heavily loaded with spiciness. We asked him-“why are the croutons so spicy?”

He replied- “They are spicy because I have mixed them with peri-peri, to make the soup spicy.”

We were astonished to hear his reply and we avoided those croutons and tried to finish the soup as fast as we could. Immediately, from a nearby store, we had to buy two mango frooties to cool the spiciness of the soup.

Neither was our hunger satiated nor could we enjoy the soup. Drinking the soup felt like appearing for higher secondary examinations, where everything including time and hunger seems to go faster.
