Take a bowl full of kale leaves. They generally come in a bunch but remove the stem and use the leaves after washing them in cold water.
Take a pan.In it pour four tablespoons olive oil and let the oil heat.
When the oil heats up, add the kale leaves into it and fry those leaves for about three to four minutes.
As soon as the leaves start getting a bit crisp and start changing the colour, add a pinch of salt. Then simmer the heat.
Give it a stir.
Then squeeze one lemon nicely in it and half tablespoon cumin seeds and the same amount of black mustard seeds and let the leaves fry.
The leaves would be getting crisp by now.
Then shred two layers cheddar cheese into it or you can use shredded cheddar cheese.
As soon as the cheese melts, give the whole mixture a stir and with soft hands layer it up with honey. To make it more palatable you can add crushed hazel nuts and few raspberries and blue berries over it.
To garnish it you can use a mustard or a cheese dip, so that it becomes more soothing for the tongue.
Your fried kale leave leaves with shredded cheddar cheese, hazel nuts, raspberries, blueberries and honey is ready.
