Self awareness is very good, most are not self aware as they are busy in their daily lives. Being aware or having awareness is a big thing and if you are self aware then it is for your best.
Sometimes, self awareness wakes you up to yourself which has fallen asleep in the daily dullness. As we are always doing something or the other, that may divert you from your goals or your daily activities, so be self aware and keep on rocking.
