A Chef And His Master Sea Food Dish.

At a restaurant I met a chef, who specialized in sea food preparations.

He said-“I love lobsters, and I want to be a master chef in lobster dishes.

I wished him all the best, he appreciated it.

He smiled and said- “May I present you with my signature lobster dish?”

We replied-“Yes sir, please do.” He immediately went inside the kitchen and after thirty minutes,

While we were having our dinner, he brought a bowl full of shimmering lobsters, made in beautiful south east Asian curry.

We tasted the curry. It was tangilicious. It was delicious and superb.  The taste simply reverberated in our mouths. I don’t remember a single time, when we had lobsters with such gusto.

The chef had done something unique and special with it.

I asked him-“How did you make this preparation? It’s simply wonderful.”

The chef smiled like a happy chef and said-“That’s a secret.”

To this date I haven’t forgotten it’s taste.

The chef is a now master chef.

A Dog And His Master.

A dog and his master,

Are Regulars,

At a restaurant.

It’s an uncommon sight.

The master loves chips and fish,

While the dog loves,

Few pieces of grilled chicken.

Sometimes, the dog even has some bland noodles,

And after having it,

He shakes his head,

Burrh, burrh, burrh, burrh.

But he loves it,

And asks for more.

The master lovingly pats his head.

It’s truly an unseen sight,

The sight of love,

Of a beautiful bonding between a dog and his master.

A Light Shone Through The Gates.

A light shone through the gates,

From where had they come was unknown,

Though it was very late.

All checked and found nothing,

The light came again.

It was pure and shiningly lustrous.

Again did we check,

The end result was nothing.

Maybe it was a fairy,

Maybe a ethereal being.

Whoever and whatsoever may it had been,

That light was never ever again seen.

Did You Ever Want To Be A Gardener?

I always did.So did my mother. Gardening is in our blood as my maternal grandfather was an excellent gardener. There wasn’t a single flower which didn’t grow beautifully in his hands. The roses which he would plant, used to grow into big, nice, lovely and wonderful red roses.

They would glow in the shining sun.The sunflowers used to smile whenever he went near them and the pinwheel flowers would blossom as he used to care for them.

Gardening is such an art which keeps the heart healthy.

Had my maternal grandfather been alive, today a huge garden would have been blossoming in our house and in his house too.

We still love gardening and whenever life allows we do a bit of it, but being full time gardeners is a fun job as it entails taking care of plants as if they are small babies.

Grow more plants, flowers and trees and be happy.
