A river valley train,

Goes high and low.

It moves and chugs,

And lets out a lot of steam.

The passengers are in for a joy,

For riding such a train,

Gives an extreme amount of joy,

A river valley train,

Is a present, a gift, a charm and a surprise.

Only those who have ridden such a train can know of its majesty.      

If you have ever done so,

Then you would know,

For we are waiting for an opportunity to ride such a beautiful river valley train.

Keep the lid on,

And see what’s cooking.

Is it dal(lentil)?

Is it chicken?

Is it peas?

Is it potatoes?

Just keep it on,

And see what’s cooking,

For cooking is such a beauty which can’t be justified with anything else.

For sustenance,

For living,

For surviving.

It’s a fight,

Among,

Non existing nonsense,

For to live,

For to survive,

The days are forever golden and mind forever fresh and not intertwined.

And see its charm.

Its beauty is so exquisite,

That the glow of it stays on your eyes.

For such flowers,

Always keep and make us happy.

A few streaks of my newly coloured hair,

Have caused much sensation.

Each and everyone of my friends,

Have been visiting the salons to get their coloured so.

Well, the styles and the colouring patterns of our hairs are different,

So, it’s ooh! And ah!

A few streaks of my newly coloured hair,

Need much care and love.

They need to be shampooed daily,

They need to be blow dried.

And taken care of.

A few streaks of my newly coloured hair,

Are my pride and happiness,

And I do love them,

For it has been long time ambition to colour a few streaks of my hair blue, green, red and yellow,

And at last I have done so.
