In a large estate which was spread over acres and acres of land, a banyan tree stands there. It is a huge tree which gives a feeling of pride, dignity, fellowship and respect. The tree was old and had a grand look about it. If anyone ever saw that tree, they would never ever forget it.
Sometimes birds, dogs and small ducklings would play around it as there was a nearby lake and the mali or caretaker of that estate would get very angry if he found anyone even attempting to do fishing there. The estate belonged to a family and a small boy would come over there every summer to spend time. Now that estate doesn’t remain but the times and the banyan tree remains.
Adios!
