It Was Overburdened But Not Destiny.

The shipwrecked.

The ship was of medium built,

Destined for a city which was beginning to get recognization,

And in greed,

Of the people to go aboard and of the ship company to make big profits,

Lead to this disaster.

After crossing a nearby port,

The ship started showing signs of being weighed down.

It was nearly four hundred metres away from its destination,

When it wrecked in three parts,

And the mast was knocked off.

It felt as if somebody had torn it.

Despite all the odds,

Help came in fast.

Atlast, everyone was secure and safe,

The captain of the ship was awarded and honoured for his bravery.

The shipping company were on the verge of tears.

And the people reminisced about this incident for years.

And that’s all that happened.

The Old Milk Van.

The Old Milk Van,

Carrying many bottles of good ol’ milk🍢,

And big canisters of it,

Passed infront of my house.

I longed to know that where from that van,

Was coming.

It stopped at a nearby shop,

And few boys bought milk from there.

I couldn’t buy milk from the shop or from the milk van,

But memories of fresh milk being delivered regularly came back to my mind.

Later on, one of the boys told me that the milk van comes once or twice a week and sometimes it doesn’t.

There are times when many differ from drinking milk,

And now most are preferring it to boost up their immunity.

Next time when your face sours by looking at the glass of milk, do think about your health and drink it.

An Autumn Wind.

An autumn wind,

Blew my hat away.

I searched for it here and there,

But found it nowhere.

I looked miles apart,

The hat couldn’t be found,

πŸ˜’,

I felt dejected and sang a beautiful song.

The song cheered me up.

I went out again.

An autumn wind,

Brought me a new rose 🌹,

Which added delight to my soul,

And soon I asked the wind-“Please bring me back my hat.”

The next morning the hat was lying at my doorstep.

Maybe the autumn wind brought it back.

The Laughter And The Smile.

The laughter and the smile,

Became friends,

As they were often seen together.

People say that laughter and smile,

Are friends,

As they go hand in hand.

What’s new in it?

But there is a huge difference between laughter and smile.

A smile can be of courtesy,

Of recognizing somebody,

Of fun,

Of amusement,

Of anything which can be imbibed for a very temporal benefit,

Mainly for happiness or for satisfying one’s own soul.

Laughter on the other hand too can be of courtesy,

Of an habit of keeping up with the society i.e.A person is laughing so, seeing him another person is also laughing.

But such a type of laughter simply doesn’t exist.

A laughter must be hearty, full of giggles,

And filled with loud sounds.

A laughter is a thing which uplifts the soul to greater spirits than a smile.

And when you reminisce what you laughed about, you will laugh more and more.

So laugh and laugh and keep the laughter going on.

A Chair Complains.

A chair nearly five years old,

Was fed up with its master.

One day it got up and went straight to its boss and said-“Enough have I served you.Now give me rest.”

The master was stunned to hear the chair speak and stared at it dumbfounded.

The chair continued-“You keep on saying that I am useless. For tbe last five years I have been serving you continuously, without any disruption.Much better than any broadband or internet service provider. My cushion knows my condition and my legs have nearly crumbled under your unrelenting weight.”

The master pinched his cheeks to check whether he was hallucinating or not.

The chair came forward and made a demand. ” Now either keep me aside or place me near the window so that I can look outside and be happy ☺.”

The master couldn’t understand what wss happening and as the chair came forward, the master came and picked it up and kept it near the window.

Thus the chair spent a happy life and never ever was it unhappy again.
