A vertical line,
Joined by two dots,
Sketched by a pencil,
On a paper meant to be for drawing.
Placing many vertical lines together,
A house roof was drawn.
Soon enough the whole house was completed.
Adios!

A narrow land,
With streams of water,
And Banyan trees,
With a light meadow.
A narrow land,
With a bit of pasture
And small time farmers,
Belonged to an industrialist.
Who pledged to develop it and but gave the bus a miss.
Now the farmers are developing it.
And they are doing a good job.
Adios!

Seeing the mighty mountains,
My heart filled up with pride.
They are a part of our country,
Which strengthens our unity.
Seeing the mighty mountains,
I woke up in a beautiful dream,
As the happiness of such eternal glory,
Before our eyes,
We bow to the mighty ones,
That fear we may not.
We shall try to be,
To lead ourselves on the path that comes right.
Adios!

Glass bangles,
Red, blue, green and yellow,
Met with a fancy fellow.
The red bangles said hi,
The yellow ones said no.
The green ones were shy
And the blue ones kept quiet.
The fellow bought dozen of these bangles,
For his wife.
Hoping that she would like them,
Only to know that she indeed did like them.
Adios!

A swimming dolphin,
Flip-flopping up and down,
Playing with its master,
Going round and round.
The dolphin now plays often with the best of its mates,
Hoping to be shifted to Australia,
Where it would stay in a bigger enclosure.
The whole team of dolphins,
Have practiced new tricks,
Which will win the hearts of many.
We wish them the best of luck.
Adios!
