A Bag Of Candies.
A bag of candies,
Round and green,
Bought for a boy,
Whose birthday it was to be.
But the boy and friends,
Had shared the candies beforehand,
Now there are few candies left in the bag,
Which otherwise would have been full,
To the brim.
The biy’s mother didn’t scold him,
But bought him a new pack of candies.
Strictly to be opened on his birthday.
The boy has learnt his lesson,
And he keenly awaits his presents,
And his birthday 🎂.

Oh Wonder Oh Wonder! It’s Summer.

Oh wonder oh wonder,
It’s summer.
The temperature is boiling hot.
Nearly about forty degrees Celsius.
I am not the weather man.
But had there been a person,
Some cold lemon juice,
It would have cooled my senses,
And given a huge relief.
Now the only funnier side of,
It being summer is that,
Most of us remain indoor,
As much as possible,
Yet people tend to go on vacations,
And spend much of their time outdoors.
Maybe they are sunproof.

Ticking Off.

Ticking off his little brother,
The bigger brother got much satisfaction.
But he used to love his little brother a lot.
To apologise for the ticking off episode,
He bought a big toy car.
When he gifted it to him and said sorry,
His brother hugged him and gave him a big kiss.
That made him cry.
Now he thinks thrice before ticking his little brother off.
