Come And See Me.

Come and see me.

I am waiting for you.

It’s lunch time,

It’s hot and ready.

Ma has made roti, rice,

Sabzi, dal and fish fry.

Come and see me,

The lunch is over.

We are having ice creams.

It’s strawberry with a cherry on top.

Come and see me,

It’s evening.

I am watching on television,

And Ma has made the glorious evening tea.

The tea is extremely delicious.

With tea we had buns.

The football mtch just got over and I am now reading the newspaper.

Come and see me,

Its study time now.

I am studying the various subjects.

Come and see me,

Dinner is ready.

Ma has made a wonderful dinner.

Full with beautiful salads and light food dishes.

It’s getting late,

Yet you didn’t come.

Well my friend it doesn’t matter anymore,

As I am going to sleep.

So, bye bye sleep tight.

If possible,

Come and see me,

When light dawns,

When the day begins,

But be careful,

If you don’t come,

I won’t call you again.

So, come and see me……,

I am waiting.

But In Truth.

But in truth,

I know you.

But in truth,

I feel you.

But in truth,

I see you.

But in truth,

You are divine.

But in truth,

True and in thine.

But in truth,

The reality is different.

But in truth,

We all can shine.

But in truth,

You were there.

But in truth,

We all were.

But in truth,

It isn’t easy.

But in truth,

It all was, will be and ever wil be.

So was the sky, the moon, the earth and the all Glowing Sun.

And so are we.

No Cricket Only Catch-Catch.

Yesterday was Sunday. I don’t know what had happened. But all the teams which play cricket in the stadium near my house, came to the stadium but didn’t play cricket. Most of them sat on their bikes (which were allowed in the stadium) and had a good chit chat. It appeared that the group which was suppose to bring cricket bats for playing had given the other groups a slip and there was nothing play cricket with. So after an hour, the remaining teams went to a nearby shaded area and started playing catch-catch with the tennis ball. I had fun watching them play catch-catch, as it is a game which I love playing. The boys looked happy and it seemed they had more fun playing catch-catch than playing cricket as everybody got a chance to catch the ball.

It was happy day. Play catch-catch and enjoy.

Cricket On A Road.

Have you ever played cricket on a road? The game simply becomes fantastic.

A game of cricket played on any road, is a game where the stumps are either shorter or longer or most probably imaginary.

The rules are self-made and the umpiring is highly biased.

The most fun comes when protests are lodged with the umpire, who often disregards the rules towards the team whom he is not favouring.

When a batsman hits a four or a six, he learns it the hard way, that when the ball goes into someone else’s house, it is hard to convince them to give it back.

Many run away after the ball accidentally hits someone’s window glass and breaks it.

Road cricket is full of fun and frolic but be very careful, don’t hit anyone’s glass panes.
