Today is world sleep day.
Sleep is a boon bestowed upon humanity by God himself to heal and cure one’s body.
But millions and millions of people suffer from insomnia which has long lasting consequences on the mind and as well as on the body.
People don’t want to recognize it as a disease, many even ignore it but at the end lumpy red swollen eyes turn out to be the gift of ignoring it.
If you suffer from insomnia and sleep apnea don’t ignore it.
Small babies remain happy and healthy as they sleep for most of the time and if you notice carefully while sleeping babies smile, they talk with God making various kinds of sounds.Babies sleep well because they are tension free while we adults are not.
