Potato Chips With Peri-Peri And Mayonnaise Sauce.

Potato chips especially, the bigger ones, are best had with peri-peri.

Peri-peri comes in two or three varieties. When the peri-peri flavour became world famous, the only variant available would be an extremely hot one.

Now a days, most of the peri-peri available are milder in hotness.

So, take a packet of big chips or normal chips, arrange them in a bowl, sprinkle little peri-peri over it and have it by dipping it into the mayonnaise.

Enjoy it as an evening snack or delightful extra dinner after dinner.
