Traditional chicken roast is great to eat. It is neither to heavy nor too light. It ain’t made crispy, but roasted to perfection with the seasoning being done to perfection.
You can have it with fried rice or tandoori roti. But having it in it’s own way, is a big thing, for it is a delight to eat.
