This site is as about the inspiration I get, as I am designed to get, where faith and conviction are my two flowers, which receive light when asked to God.
The ability to sing is a big thing, as many who can sing, often get stuck as they care more their notes or their tunes being in the proper place. They stop singing in order to not being out of notes or by having the fear of singing badly.
So, it is always better to practice and go ahead in life.

When you achieve fluency in any language, you need to achieve the best of the best mastering of that language. Achieving fluency is one of the basics in any language but even after that people suffer from not being able to remember words or simply stopping in their speech, so having a mastery in any language is a definite need.
