A Muddy Day.

Rain started falling.

It came unannounced.

All the dirt got mixed with the rain water,

And mud went all around.

Cars splashed mud.

Buses went swoosh and whoosh over the mud filled potholes.

Muds were all over.

Bikers tried to avoid them, but they too had take a dip in the lustrous potholes.

In short the whole place was full of mud. That too watery mud.

Seeing such a scene, I restrained myself from going outside.

Seeing such a scene, I restrained myself from going outside.

And instead had hot tea and soup. I even commented about the weather conditions.

“See nah, such a weather condition . What can the common man do?”

The muddy day soon changed into rainy day, as the rain started their Brazilian salsa dance.

And when rain starts its dance, then you better take cover or you won’t prance.

Adios!

I Saw The Moonlight.

I Saw The Moonlight.

I saw the moonlight.

It wasn’t scintillating.

Neither did it glow much.

Yet, it’s radiance reached me.

I didn’t feel mesmerized,

Nor did a song come rushing out.

But all the way,

The light reached the earth’s surface.

Even the fishes in the pond,

Avoided it.

Still the pond’s surface glittered like a new bright object.

The birds had gone to sleep,

And the dogs, cats, goats and sheep all closed their eyes,

And sleep came.

When everyone opened their eyes it was morning.

The sun was already on its way to the zenith.

But I saw the moonlight.

Adios!
