Happy rambling means when a person is happy he or she may ramble about all the things happy in life.

People often miss out all happy things in life, and lead miserable lives unknowingly or unhappily.

Rambles are often grumbles.

But if you make happy rumblings

Have you had your meal? For most don’t have it on time. People skip their breakfast, lunches and even dinner.

And then they suffer from gastritis and many other problems. Many don’t have meals to save money, but it not all good to skip meals.

So, always have your meals on time and never ever skip them.
