Sweet and Tangy Coriander Chutney

Take four handfuls of coriander leaves and wash them nicely in cold water in the kitchen sink.Then take twenty grams of tamarind.Put the coriander and the tamarind in the mixer and add a half table spoon salt and four tablespoons of sugar. Then add two green chilies broken into half in the mixer and add half a cup of water.Then turn on the mixer and let it mix nicely for thirty seconds.Open the mixer lid and check whether the contents are groggy or not i.e. watery-thick or not.If not, then again mix it in the mixer for about a minute.
You should have a ravishing and stunning sweet and tangy chutney ready to eat infront of you.Eat it as you.
